Well . . . It's March
It's another month and hopefully a better month than February!! I lost 1.6lbs last month. I guess it's better than a gain but really, it SHOULD have and COULD have been so much BETTER. Ugh. I'm really getting back in the groove though. Especially with no sweets right now. It's getting me back in the mindset. Plus dh and I were looking back at pictures from New Years 06-07 and he was like you looked good (not that I don't look good now - his words) and everyone kept saying how good I looked. I was ONLY 10 lbs lighter than I am now. I can get back there and then some. I KNOW I can!!! It also helped that it was in the high 80's all weekend! Beautiful!!!! The kids played outside all weekend long. It was so nice!

YOU CAN DO IT!!! I know how you feel about it "only being 10 pounds". If I lost 10 more pounds, which doesn't seem like much, I will be the lightest I've been in over 5 years!!! It is SOOOOO within reach, isn't it?? I can taste it!! What is it they say?? "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels"
I also did NOT have a great February. I only lost 2 pounds the entire month. Which means now I have to lose 8 pounds in March to keep on track with my goal. I lost 10 in January, so you'd think I could do it, right?!?!? C'mon Heather! We can do it. How about we make a pact that we HAVE to post before and after pictures come the end of March. First picture is when you started, and then take a picture and March 31, and show how far you've come. If you will, I will. That way I HAVE to do good this month!
