It's Monday

And we are halfway through the LHA Week one challenge. =) How am I doing? Ok. I've gotten exercise in every day except for Saturday. And that's ok. Is it as much as i was hoping? No. But it's a start. I also went out and partied quite a bit this weekend so I'm sure I'll be paying for it. Although I was a little sick afterwards and couldn't eat so maybe that was a good thing? LOL! ;) Anyway, I'm finally ready. I'm really finally ready to do this.

Whaaat? Everyone is allowed (and even recommended) a day off! just do some stretching next time so you won't feel like you wasted a day! You're doing awesome!! :)

Oh heavens yes it is premade, lol! I am not against cutting up my own veggies, unless it's at breakfast. :D I buy frozen bags of "seasoning blend" veggies pre-diced. Makes breakfast so much simpler.

I am finally ready to get back on it too. I see you tweet what you eat, good day so far!
