That's a 0.2 lb loss. But I'm not upset. I'm totally cool with it. As I said, last week was weird. I woke up late on Monday because 1.) I was sick the weekend before and needed sleep and 2.) it was a holiday. Plus I hadn't eaten much the last two days except maybe 500 calories each day because my stomach was just not right. So it's balanced itself off. I'm pushing this week. I'm going to see a loss this week again. I feel better! That's the most important thing I think. Anyway, onto another week!!
