Goals For the Challenge:
- Journal EVERYDAY!
- Drink 64 ozs of water every day.
- Exercise at least 4 days a week.
- Menu plan dinner and STICK WITH IT!
- Update blog at least 3 times a week - no matter what.
- Weigh 150 or below!
